10% Student/Teacher/Professional Discount available in-store, online and over the telephone

As many of our customers are aware, Chimes gives a 10% discount to music professionals, teachers and music students in both our shops, online and over the telephone.

Once you have set yourself up as a customer on our website please complete the form located on the homepage or email [email protected]. Thereafter, Chimes will will apply the discount to your account and discount all subsequent orders placed via our website by 10% at the checkout.

We hope that this will streamline the ordering process for our customers to order online and not miss out on the 10% discount. Having said that, do please feel free to telephone either branch if you prefer (or need some advice!) Barbican or Kensington.

The form also asks which instruments you play so that we can send relevant special offers and additional discounts to the right people - so please do take the time to tell us what you'd like to hear about! We also send out emails with special offers (online and in each of our shops).
