Please get in touch with us to organise returning your order to us. You'll need to get the order back to us (we don't cover the cost of returns postage) but it can either be sent back to us to: Kensington Chimes, 9 Harrington Road, London SW7 3ES or you can drop it into one of our branches (Kensington or Barbican Chimes). Item(s) need to be received in the same condition that they were sent in. We can do an exchange for something different or we can refund you for the item(s) that have been returned, upon receipt of the item(s). Please email [email protected] for further details. This is for online orders only. Please note, for items purchased in either of our branches, we don't do refunds but we offer exchanges and credit notes only (within 30 days).
