Rockschool Exams (or RSL Awards) is a leading international Awarding Organisation, creating qualifications in Music, Performing Arts and Creative Industries subjects operating in over 50 countries around the world organising, assessing and certificating over 100,000 candidates annually.

Accreditation

UCAS recognises Rockschool Exams grades 6 to 8. Candidates gain up to 30 UCAS points for the successful completion of one of these Level 3 qualifications. Rockschool qualifications can unlock a wealth of career options over and above being a successful performer.

Photocopies & downloads
Candidates should not perform from unauthorised photocopies (or other kinds of copies) or illegal downloads of copyright music in examinations. There are limited circumstances where can copies be used in an examination the UK. The MPA's Code of Fair Practice gives further guidance. Before making a copy an application should be made to the copyright holder and evidence of permission should be brought to the exam. Candidates and Applicants must act within the law with regard to copyright.
