Back to School Instruments are catered for via Chimes children's instrumental rental scheme which is very popular. Chimes offers a range of string, woodwind and brass instruments and it is a fantastic way for you and your child to have the necessary flexibility as they grow and change (either their minds, by switching to a different instrument, or by growing out of their instrument as they've shot up a foot in height over the summer break!) without breaking the bank.

Our staff can help you select the right size and model for your needs - our rentals are flexible and allow easy size changes as well as the choice to buy later. Visit our rentals page for more information.

Purchases

Chimes Music stocks a wide range of school instruments for children, including orchestral string, woodwind (including recorders!), brass, keyboard, digital pianos, guitars, ukuleles and percussion. Adults have also been known to buy instruments too, but sadly we do not rent instruments to adults.

Our knowledgeable staff can advise you on specific instruments, models, brands and sizes. Please call if you would like to discuss your requirements (Barbican or Kensington) or, alternatively, visit us in store for more details or to try the instrument of your choice.
