The easy to intermediate vocal settings complement the Ansbacher Orgelbüchlein with its chorale arrangements and can be performed both at services and at concerts. The collection is a stylistically varied selection of contemporary choral settings: from the simple harmonic choral setting to ecstatic cluster shifts, from ostinato to bicinium, from vocalise accompaniment to meditative harmony.
