Eis Gên mêtera pantôn is the second movement from Choral Symphony, a large-scale work for chorus, organ and orchestra by the Australian composer Carl Vine. It sets a creative myth of Akkadia (c.1250 BC) describing the creation of the world from primeval chaos, interspersed with hymns to the Earth, the Moon and the Sun from the Homeric Hymns of c.400 BC. This is the vocal score arranged for SATB.
