Trinity Strings

Trinity Strings exams no longer operate with an end date. The current syllabus remains valid indefinitely, and planned updates will be announced at least 12 months in advance.
New repertoire
Trinity will continue to increase the repertoire available to candidates through an ongoing programme of new publication releases. This will include not only a diverse range of exciting examination related publications and anthologies but also a and more. Most repertoire and technical work will remain valid indefinitely.
This innovative approach to Trinity Strings exams increases the accessibility of string teaching and learning by providing an ever-increasing repertoire to choose from, encouraging candidates to be inspired through exploration beyond the confines of specific grade examinations.

Photocopies & downloads
Candidates should not perform from unauthorised photocopies (or other kinds of copies) or illegal downloads of copyright music in examinations. In the UK, certain circumstances limit the use of copybooks in examinations. The MPA's Code of Fair Practice gives further guidance. The applicant should apply to the copyright holder and obtain permission before making a copy for an examination. Candidates and Applicants must act within the law with regard to copyright.
